Seth Ruggiero holds undergraduate degrees in Architecture and Business Management from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and Rutgers University, as well as a master’s degree in Urban Planning from Columbia University. He has previous experience working as a designer and administrator in architecture, planning, and engineering firms throughout the Northeast.
His role as Project Manager at J Mendoza Gardens involves coordinating design development, const estimating, project schedules and coordinating between various fields. his role as project manager means he acts as the main point of communication between clients, vendors, and contractors. Mr. Ruggiero also provides project graphics and construction documentation.
