Zeina G Zahalan, PLA

Zeina is a graduate of the landscape architecture program at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. Zeina has spent nearly five years working in firms located in both New Jersey and New York, in which she served as a Project Manager for several large-scale residential developments. She has implemented storm-water management practices on designs for the NYC Department of Design and Construction, NYC and NJ Department of Environmental Protection while incorporating green infrastructure and structural flood reduction measures integrated with public realm opportunities. Most recently, Zeina spent nearly a year working on the construction administration phase for both Liberty Park and the Campus Streetscape at the World Trade Center. Zeina uses her extensive travel experience, environmental and urban design skills and construction knowledge to create ecological, culturally-sensitive and visually-pleasing landscape designs, translating the character of a city and its inhabitants into sustainable and stimulating urban spaces.
