What exactly is biophilia and why is it important?
Biophilia is the innate human tendency to connect with and seek out nature. Recognizing the profound impact nature has on our well-being, biophilia underscores the importance of incorporating natural elements into our built environments. From green spaces and natural light to sustainable materials, embracing biophilic design promotes physical and mental health, enhances creativity, and fosters a sense of tranquility.
